About the Order limit at AT&T Wireless

nearly all mentioned about TWO ORDER PER CUSTOMER LIMIT.

Does this limit for ever? I mean if I but two phones now on AT&T wireless, then I cannot come here again to make orders on AT&T in the next year and even several years later?

If not, what's that time length for me to make new orders on AT&T after I purchased the first two phones?

I wish to buy one or two more phones for my nephews.

It is 2 phones per year
