When will my order appear in my DK account? When will I get paid?

WHEN WILL MY CASH BACK APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT?

We upload the sales around the 10th and 25th of each month with a 10 day delay. For example, orders (activations or shipped orders) from October 16 to Oct. 31, will be loaded on Nov. 10. If you ordered late Oct, but activated (mobile phone) in early November, your cash back will appear in your account around November 25.

Also, orders often do not show up in our system until they are shipped. We then load them based on the schedule above. Also cell phones may need to be activated in order to qualify for cash back.

WHEN WILL I GET PAID?

We send out checks or make paypal payments within 90 days after your account reaches $20. Please remember to add your mailing address to your account.
