What can prevent me from getting cash back credit?

There is automatic tracking codes in the DealKing Links. Your cookies need to be enabled for these to work.

If your visited a merchant previously (in the past 60 days or so) and especially if you visited the merchant through another link, you need to clear your cookies first, then log into DealKing, and enter the merchant's site through DealKing links. It is possible a company other than DealKing would receive credit for the purchase if you used their links previously.

If you have DOWNLOADED search software other than from Google and Yahoo, this software may steal your cookies and substitute their codes to get credit for your orders. If you have malware or parasiteware these programs can steal your cookies.

Cash Back Terms

To earn cash back, you must be a registered member of Dealking.com and logged in to your Dealking.com account at the time of your purchase.

'Cookies' must be enabled on your Web browser. If you previously visited the same store through another site, 'clear' your cookies before you visit that store through the Dealking.com link. Otherwise, another site will be credited for your purchase and you'll miss out on the cash!

In order to be credited for your purchase, you must not use any coupons not currently listed on the Dealing.com site. This means you cannot use a coupon or special code you found on any other site.

You must start every purchase by clicking on the Affiliated Merchant's link that appears on the Dealking.com website. You must successfully connect to the merchant's website through clicking on that link in order to get credit for the purchase.

You must start and finish every purchase in one shopping session within the Dealking.com program. If you start a purchase and then complete it in a different session, your account will not be credited for that purchase.

If you return an item, your credit for that purchase will be revoked and you will not receive any cash back.Dealing.com has the sole discretion to determine whether or not a purchase made through our site qualifies for cash back.

Each of your purchases must meet the qualification criteria of the merchant as well. For example, often merchants require you to active your mobile phone before you qualify for cash back.

Cash back rewards are subject to adjustments for returns, cancellation, and other events.
Please keep track of your order numbers. It can take up to four weeks from the date of purchase for the purchase credit to appear in your Dealing account.

You will be sent a check for your cash back when your account reaches $10. It may take 90 days or more for the check to be issued.

The store links in our forums may not qualify for cash unless they are redirected to the main deal site and you follow the instruction above.
