cashback not showing in account

Purchased a GO PHONE (order#k004-0-9454075) id#9451 on June 09,2009. Cannot tell if purchase was recognized-click history not specific enough. Also, how much is the cashback amount?

My two orders for T~Mobile prepaid phones are also not showing up, it's in my click history and I have the order confirmation emails from T~Mobile for both. Both phones have been activated as the CashBack offer specified.

Your order numbers are not reflected in the reports. We wrote to TMObile regarding this a while ago and still waiting to hear from them. How do we pay you if they don't pay us?
