Hello,

I am trying to find out about cash back that is not showing on six different orders that I placed through your site. I sent a message over a week ago using the "Contact Us" link and did not receive a response.

Can you please tell me how to directly contact someone so that we can get this issue resolved?

No reply to emails and no reply on the forums. I guess people should look elsewhere for a cashback site.

I have the same problem. Never reply for over 3 months!!!!
